New user accounts need to be requested two business days in advance to the start date of the staff member. This is to make sure there is enough time to process the request and test to minimize any disruptions. Please double check all details are entered correctly to avoid delays.
If the new staff member requires new computer hardware or new computer hardware has already been purchased. Please make sure to also lodge one of the requests below as new hardware setup/orders are treated as separate requests.
